Villa Fayrouz is a very comfortable, medium-sized villa set on a hillside overlooking Korfos Bay. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and attractive interior and exterior living areas, this is a great property for families. Beaches, shops and tavernas are within 2 kms of the villa, and the main town is only 10 minutes away by car. Ground floor: spacious open plan living and dining area, tastefully arranged with wooden furniture and pastel-colour cushions, all creating a soft pleasant atmosphere. This living area has direct access to the swimming pool terrace. The modern adjoining open style and fully equipped kitchen also has access to the pool area.

Top level features an attractive master bedroom (double bed) with compact en-suite bathroom, and stunning sea views from its large front window and private terrace.

Lower level is reached by an interior staircase: there are two large and similarly appointed bedrooms. Each has own en-suite bathroom and direct access to a lovely front terrace with stairs leading up to the swimming pool (one double bed + tub, another twin bedroom + shower). A large third bedroom with twin beds & separate bathroom is facing the rear of the house. An ideal children's room & play space.

Air-conditioning in master-bedroom, Satellite TV, DVD, CD, private swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area. Parking at back of the villa. Separate laundry facility (live-in staff) Separate studio-unit is used by house-keeper.
