The accommodation is situated on two floors. The ground floor consist of open plan kitchen/dining/living room leading to a beautiful terrace, large swimming pool, and outside dining/lounge area. All the furniture in and outside are from a very high quality. The upper floor has 3 large bedrooms with all a bathroom en-suite. The accommodation comprises: Bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom. Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bath and handwash basin, mirror and toilet. 2 bathrooms with shower, handwash basin, mirror and toilet. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, American fridge/freezer, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Living room: 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa, coffee table, plasma tv with satellite, dvd, cd/radio, open plan kitchen and living room and a large dining table. All the rooms are air conditioned. Cleaning - towels - linen - maid service - bath - beach towels are included. The villa has a washing machine an iron/ironing board. Cot and high chair are available. The villa is secured with alarm system.
