Treat yourself to a luxurious vacation in a secluded and breathtaking Grecian villa with a spectacular unobstructed view of the Aegean coastline and the islands. You and your family can still be close to the largest ports offering ferries to the islands and the sites in Athens and the mainland yet still be away from the bustle of the city.

The sunlit atrium is the heart of the villa. The streaming sunlight from above glints off of the elegant copper sculpture of Pegasus, the symbol of the villa. In every room of the villa, everywhere you turn, you see the astounding view of the Aegean and the mountains as you are surrounded by large windows and welcoming balconies. Elegant terra cotta columns frame the large open spaces and the cool marble floors are soothing to the feet. Step outside and walk amongst the pomegranate and olive trees as you grill at our fully furnished outdoor BBQ area. Relax in our outdoor hot tub (from May through September) set among the fragrant lavender and sage while gazing at the islands of Syros, Andros, Kea, and Evia.

Travel, enjoy all that Athens has to offer then relax in our home located close to the sea in a rural resort setting with some of the best beaches in Greece. Three aquatic adventures await your pleasure. Only a few minutes down the hill from our villa, you can enjoy delightful swims, snorkeling, or diving off the rocky coast in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. This cove, is one of the best kept secrets in Greece. The water here is immediately about three meters deep. Diving off the rocks is very popular among the young and not so young! The fish and other marine life are delightful to watch while snorkeling. The rocky coastline abounds with secluded spots perfect for sunbathing in privacy. If you prefer sandy beaches, wade and swim at nearby Schinias Beach with its umbrella pine forest, sunny shores, and resorts that offer wind surfing and other water sports.

The luxury,eco-friendly villa offers not only some of the most spectacular views you will see in all of Greece, but also a uniquely stunning architecture and interior design full of little surprises. The StarGazer was especially designed to harness the power of the sun for heating and makes use of its own rain collecting cistern to preserve water.



When you are weary of the sun and the spectacular views (it could happen) and just want to watch Star Wars again, the entertainment room is stocked with movies, a couch you can sink into (becomes queen size bed) and lounge chairs for your relaxing pleasure.



This is our family room, bright and airy with sliding glass doors opening up to the rock garden at the top of the hill. The side windows give you an excellent view of the garden and the sea (of course). The BBQ area is close by.



This is the room for relaxing, taking a nap on the couch, watching the news in zillions of languages (satellite TV), or browsing through our stock of VCR movies, DVD's.



Our library has several travel books on Greece and pertinent info for planning your stay here, such as places to eat,maps and guide books. There are many novels, mostly mystery. You are welcome to read them and enjoy.



Tip: knowing from my grandchildren, this is the room where the kids can relax watching their favorite movie while they are waiting for supper or about ready to go to sleep.
