Overview

Rena's villa position is stunning.Set on a hillside overlooking the sea,the villa boasts fantastic sweeping views over unspoilt countryside filled with olive groves,down tothe sparkling azure sea.The villa offers a fantastic degree of privacy,and there are a few signs of habitation as far as the eye can see.
The villa offers particularly spacious accommodation with a total of 4 bedrooms(3 doubles 1 single)arranged over two floors and two lovely teraces,one on the the ground floor at the front of the house,and the other on the first floor leading off one of the bedrooms.The very special living area boasts an open fireplace and to one side is a large well equipped kitchen area with a full oven and fridge.Access to the ground floor double bedroom and shower rom is also off the lounge and a solid wooden staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms and the bathroom.Outside is the pool area with the BBQ and the garden with a tamarisk tree.The house offers a perfect combination of the peace and tranquility of Vagia(the area name),with the shops and nightlife of Makrigialos just a short drive 3kms away

Makrigialos is located 120 kms from Heraklion airport to the southeast of the island of Crete.On picturesqe peacefull beaches all light and colour you can enjoy the clear sea and allow yourself to sink into a state of total tranquility.

Makrigialos is the southernmost cretan village,has one of the longest summer seasons.
The village has a wide range of tavernas,shops minimarkets and bars.Swimming fishing, watersports,trekking walking are some of the activities you can try during your holiday whilst you can discover more than 80 arcaeological places by the country side such as:

KALAMAFKA village :you can discover the cavernous church of the holy Cross clambing up to 224 steps and admire the "Rock Garden" try to see the Stone God a huge sculpture that repicts the head of an ancient god,which for some is that of Zeus or Asclepious and others of Christ.The feauters of the face are discernible for only a few hours in the afternoon and especially the summer's months
