The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the second bedroom and bathroom can be found.

Outdoors you will find terrace and garden space and a wonderful infinity pool.

The views of the small green "princes islands" including the Greek tycoon's Onassis island named "Scorpios" are simply unique!

Perigiali village is a quiet seaside village that lies on a hill at the foot of Mount Elati.

The villa is located up the hill and so it enjoys wonderful sea views. The distance to the sea and the closest restaurant from the villas is about 600 meters down the hill.

The cosmopolitan town of Nydri can be found just one kilometer from the villas and is the most popular tourist resort, lying in the center of the eastern shore of the island. It offers all kinds of amenities, from shops, supermarkets and Banks to great night-life, restaurants and coffee shops. In addition to rental boats and daily-cruises on offer, the daily activities in Nydri include all kinds of water sports such as water skiing, para-sailing flights, \'fly-fish\' and inflatable toy rides such water-tubes, banana, crazy-sofa, dig mable, etc.
