Overview

We are delighted to offer these fantastic properties, each with their own private pool, on the outskirts of the charming village of Agios Nikitas. The villas are furnished to an exceptionally high standard and have their own private space and patios ensuring seclusion from your neighbours.

With a Premium villa you get ensuite bathrooms to both bedrooms plus a third W.C., a private infinity pool, dishwasher and 160 sq meters of floor space!

Perched on a rocky peninsula, they enjoy spectacular sea views over your infinity private pool, are set in a peaceful location and yet are only a fifteen minute walk from the village centre where you will find a selection of shops, bars and tavernas. Each villa has it's own 8 x 5.5 metre pool.

All the villas are extremely well equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, satellite TV and full cooking facilities.

Outside, all the villas have their own large patio with furniture, stone built barbecue, spectacular sea views, outside lighting and parking.

It's a five minute drive down to the village or a fifteen minute walk down a footpath. The walk back is steep and not suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who just don't like walking - it will, however help burn off those excess calories!

My compliments to the owners of these fantastic properties. Relaxation, perfect scenery, quality and excellent service from the caretakers are probably the strongest elements of Idilli villas. Large private pool villas are highly recommended!
