Overview
Villa Kondias Limnos is located on the tip of the Kondias Gulf at the South part of the island Limnos (North Aegean Sea). A few kilometres East of the traditional village of Kondias where the area is very sparsely built. The house was originally built in 1911 and has been frequently renovated since. The spot is privileged since it is on top of a small hill, right above the sea, with breathtaking view overlooking the vast Kondias Gulf. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dinning room, a kitchen, one bathroom and one WC. On the first floor you can find two big bedrooms and one smaller one. Fully furnished, telephone/fax, parking spaces. You can walk to the beach right below the house or you can take your vehicle to the nearby villages or beaches. The island is worth exploring as it is full of cultural and ecological surprises.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
the villa is exactly as described in the announcement, it is homely and quiet and its location is really wonderful. the terrace and garden are perfect for kids to run and play, and for their parents to relax (when the kids are asleep).
when we arrived everything in the house was perfectly clean and functioning.
we had a warm welcome by the owners’ parents, who live in a house not too far from the villa; they were really nice and kind (their homemade jam and cheese are delicious as well as fresh eggs from their chickens); and gave us great help when we had a little car accident.
a car is needed to enjoy the beutiful beaches and other amenities of the island, and the very good tavernas in the surrounding villages.
