Overview

Set in approximately 5000 sq metres of beautifully landscaped gardens this luxurious, recently completed and fully airconditioned, 5 bedroomed villa is set in the hillside with spectacular views in all directions. Private infinity pool 10m x 5m. Large terrace with 10 sun loungers. Spacious shaded area with bbq, cooking area and dining area. The villa has a games room with pool table, table tennis table, table football and nintendo game cube. SKY TV (guests must take their own SKY viewing card).

The accommodation:

Large fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher.

Spacious lounge/dining room with three large sofa's, 37" plasma TV with SKY facility, CD and DVD player, 1 large coffee table and occasional tables.

Two double bedrooms off with family bathroom. The bedrooms have superb sea views.

Marble staircase leading up to:

Bedroom with large balcony with, again, a superb sea view. Kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes. Bed settee in annex off with dressing table and fitted wardrobes. En-suite bathroom consisting of bath, shower, sink and wc.

Further double bedroom boasting sea view with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.

The marble staircase from the second floor leads down to the games room, with pool table, table tennis table, table football and nintendo game cube. There is also a further bedroom on the ground floor with single bed, three quarter bed, cot, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. The bedroom leads out on to the patio area adjacent to the infinity swimming pool.
