This newly built detatched 2-bedroom luxury villa, new for 2008, is situated in a beautiful peaceful location in the village of Lakithra,Kefalonia. This 2 storey luxury villa is one of a small development of 2 private villas and offers a high standard of accommodation. The air-conditioned property comprises a large open plan kitchen/dining living area with 2 French doors leading on to a covered veranda with outside dining and relaxation area as well as private pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dining area for 6 people. The living room has 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed for 2 persons. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one has a double bed with bath and shower and toilet ensuite; the second has 2 twin beds, shower and toilet ensuite.Both bedrooms have a veranda which have stunning views over the Bay of Argostoli.
The property has a private pool and is a short drive from the airport and the blue flag beach of Avithos.Location

The villa has olive trees and citrus trees in the garden. It is ideally situated for walking and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The village has several small general dealers, a cakeshop, chocolate shop, the renowned International restaurant and several bars and cafes. Argostoli, the capital of the island, with its ferry port is a short 10 minute drive away with its numerous shops, bars restaurants and facilities too numerous to mention.
