Overview

The newly built 'Thimari' is elegantly designed and furnished. The main bedroom has a double bed, with matching wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. The main bedroom is on the upper floor with it's own bathroom and has large balcony doors overlooking the stunning views of the sea and Assos bay. The bedroom and living room have balcony doors leading onto private balconies. The house sleeps a maximum of four people. There is a separate living room with a double sofa bed and another bathroom downstairs and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. The property is in a truly spectacular setting with views of the sea and Assos with its Venetian castle beyond. Assos features on many Greek island brochures and rightly so. Located on a steeply dropping, lush peninsula in northern Kefalonia, its scenic beauty makes it an utter show-stopper.

Assos is a small village which nestles around the harbour of its own peninsula and is one of the most picturesque places on the whole of Kefallonia Island. Assos is a 45 minute drive from the airport heading north. This beautiful village will suit those seeking a peaceful retreat who will enjoy the spectacular scenery and the flora and fauna of the area as well as the ambiance provided by the tavernas and cafes surrounding the picturesque harbour in Assos. Less than half an hour's drive you will reach the village of Fiscardo to the north of Assos or Myrtos beach to the south.
