Roz Villa is nestled amongst holly oaks and olive trees. This traditional private villa enjoys panoramic vistas across the valley with sea views of the Ionian Sea to Ithica. The secluded cove beaches of the enchanting sea-side village of Agia Efimia are just a short walk away together with the village's harbour and a selection of traditional tavernas, bars, shops, yacht cruises and scuba diving. An attractive and well maintained terraced garden with several pergolas surrounds the villa and its private swimming pool, providing ample shade and secluded areas. There is an outside built-in BBQ area which offers ideal opportunities for al fresco dining. The interior is beautifully furnished and designed throughout.Kefalonia is one of the most beautiful greek islands in the Ionian Sea. With its supremely panoramic views, Kefalonia reveals a glimpse of paradise at every turn. You will find an abundance of spectacular scenery, secluded sandy coves, beaches, traditional local cuisine and timeless untouched villages.

Roz Villa is situated on the northern part of the island of Kefalonia, 500m from the enchanting fishing village of Agia Efimia. Close to the villa there are beautiful pebble beaches and coves offering calm crystal waters.

Amenities & services

Supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, post office, bakeries, a chemist, cash point. Car hire and mopeds and motorboats, sailing boats, Tennis courts and scuba diving lessons. Local bus service, taxi services. We have our own representative who is on airport duty on arrival. At the villa we provide bed linen and bath towels. These are changed twice a week. A maid will clean the villa and make beds three days per week (one hour each visit). The pool and the garden will be mentained once a week. We would be grateful if you could report any breakages or damages immediately to our representative in order that they can by replaced.
