A 6 mins drive from the villa is the renowned 'Myrtos' Beach (white sand and pebbles, blue-turquoise waters), best beach in the Mediterranean, voted 1 of the 10 best beaches in the world. Small beaches and coves around 'Agia Efimia' preferred by the islanders as well as monasteries and ancient ruins. 'Antisamos' beach, setting of the film 'Captain Correli's Mandolin' (as Myrtos' beach), ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving. 'Agia Efimia' yacht harbour 4klm (Tourist info. Cash-points, post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, tavernas, cafe, bars). 'Sami' Port 12klm (archaeological sites, tavernas, cafes, bars), cave and cave lake with stalactites and stalagmites. 'Assos' harbour 8km (with its grand Venetian castle, tavernas, cafes, bars). Fiskardo yacht harbour 27km (archaeological sites, picturesque coves, restaurants, tavernas, bars cafes). Argostoli (island's capital) 28km. Basketball and Volleyball yards at 400 m away from the villas are open to visitors.

Prices are per week in UK Pounds. Deposit and balance is non refundable.
The sum of £250 will be added to the main invoice, which will be refunded within a maximum of 2 weeks of departure subject to there being no serious damages.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days max. Deposits are non-refunded and balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
In order to prepare the villa please kindly vacate the villa by 10:00am on the day of your departure.
Direct flights from UK from major airports on Sunday. Daily Flights via Athens Olympic Airlines/Aegean Airways. Flights via Zakynthos (Zante) and car ferry to Pessada/Kefalonia daily

The current preferable changeover day is Sunday, however subject to availability alternative days will be considered.
Our hospitality begins with a a Complimentary Hamper which contains: 2 bottles of wine, 6 cans of beer, 2 large bottles of coca-cola, 4 cans of soft drinks, 6 bottles of natural mineral water, 2 bottles of sparkling mineral water, seasonal fruits, honey, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, fresh bread, butter, jam, biscuits and virgin olive oil.
If, however, you wish to order other things to be there upon your arrival, please let us know in due advance. Their cost will be added to your total payment.
The English speaking host who will welcome you at the villa on the day of your arrival, will be available by phone during all your stay for any information and help.
