Overview

Garden villas are located at the hillside, just 200 m from Agia Efimia. They all enjoy lovely panoramic views over the Valley of Pylaros to the front and right and over the beautiful bay of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea to the left.
Since the villas are all facing towards the south, they all enjoy sunshine the whole day through.

The property consists of five detached maisonette villas, built in 2007, all with air-conditioning and high quality furniture:
Downstairs there is a living-dining room with air-conditioning, an open plan kitchen (fully equipped with a large fridge, a proper oven with four cooking rings, full kitchen utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and kettle, plenty of cupboard space, a large sink and a window above it with a lovely view). Also there is a spacious toilet with shower. The couches in the living room can be easily converted into two single beds (double bed when they are attached).
Each villa has a balcony downstairs with comfortable chairs and a grass terrace in front of each villa with relaxing beds.

Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with television, air-conditioning, dressing table with mirror and large built-in wardrobes.
The spacious balcony with comfortable deck chairs can be accessed from the bedroom through sliding doors. The balcony enables for lovely valley views to the front and right and sea view to the left.
There is also a spacious separate bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a full bathtub.

Outside, there is a 40 square meter swimming pool (for shared use), ideal for those days you prefer not to go to the nearby beaches. There are also toilets and showers down the stairs next to the pool. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful views over the valley of Pylaros to the right and the village of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea to the left.

Each villa has its own garage.

The maisonettes are fully detached and thus enjoy the privacy you would expect.

Agia Efimia is a charming little port with lovely taverns, cafes, and shops, looking across the sea to the neighbouring island of Ithaca. The sailing boats, which moor here in the summer, add maritime and Mediterranean flair to the village.



Surrounding Agia Efimia there are a lot of small white pebble coves with crystal clear water, ideal for snorkelling. For those interested there is a professional diving school based in the village, and also small motorboats and catamarans available for hire. Furthermore, you can take a ferry and visit the beautiful island of Ithaca for a day.



The village of Agia Efimia has all the amenities you might require throughout your holiday and are a short walk from the villas as is the beach and seafront where most of the tavernas are situated. The Garden Villas are therefore a perfect location for your holiday in Kefalonia.
