Villa Oasis is a small self-catering summer holiday vacation rental. It is built in a magnificent landscape of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halkidiki. The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away.

Villa Oasis is a traditional seaside country villa next to pinewood and sandy beach. It is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with parking, barbeque and children playing yard. The only road access to the seashore starts from the property so the long sandy beach is practically privet and never crowded.

Enjoy self-catering accommodation in one of our 2 studios and 4 apartments. All of them are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen. We are in the middle of all distances, located 75 km south of Thessaloniki in the beginning of Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki. The long sandy beaches of Kassandra, the small bays of Sithonia, the wild forests of mount Holomontas and the tour of the monasteries of Mount Athos by boat are waiting for you.
We are 5 km away from the villages of New Potidea and New Fokea and less than 15 km from New Moudania (commercial center), Kallithea, (night life center), Afitos (traditional village) and Sani complex (luxury resort). The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away. From our relaxing beach to the most crowded all day beach bars, and from the small romantic taverns on the beach to the famous summer festivals in Sani, Siviri and New Moudania, everything is so close.

Amenities & services

Each middle floor apartment (ground floor from behind) has entrance from the back side (from an extended patio that is 5 steps above ground level) and privet balcony in the frond. It accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. They have bathroom with shower and free hot water. Kitchens are in the living rooms. They are fully equipped with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons There are two dinning places with tables and chairs. The one is in the kitchen and the other outdoors in the patio. During summer the actual living room is outdoors where one can enjoy the magnificent view, the cool sea breeze and perfumes of flowers day and night. All apartments are traditionally furnished and fully air conditioned with one independent unit in each room. There is a TV set and a clock radio in each apartment. Free hot water is supplied to bathrooms and Kitchens. Linen is changed once a week and towels twice. They have all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean. There is also washing machine for common use and iron and iron board upon request.
