Overview

House on the Rocks is situated between the villages of Nikiti and Neo Marmaras in Sithonia Chalkidiki N.Greece.The area is called Elia.It is an old village home which has beeb renovated. It consists of one bedroom and a living room with three bed sofas . The house sleeps up to four people comfortably.It has a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. It has a very big patio right on the sea edge with two tables, one on the upper patio and one below.
There are a few steps leading down to the sea, which is shallow in the beginning and deepens gradually.
The gardens are 2000sq. met.
At the back of the house there is a very long beach, which is ideal for children, as the waters are shallow .
There is a small supermarket in a camping area nearby and a taverna 500met. away. The closest villages are 9kl.from the house.
The nearest airport is Thessaloniki.
There is much to do in the area as it has the most beautiful sandy beaches in all of Greece. There is night life in the villages of Neos Marmaras and Nikiti. Beautiful mountains in the area for walking.A golf course in the area of Porto Carras 12 kl. from the house.Thessaloniki with all its museums is an hours drive from the house.
Beautiful sunsets and a breathtaking view and crystal clear waters.
No animals are allowed. Visitors prior to negotiation with the owner. The owner lives on the premises. No smoking allowed in the house.
