Overview

At The Summer House, the main entrance leads into the relaxed galleried lounge. This has been furnished to a high standard with Italian furniture, originally painted art and hand blown glass lighting. With high, open ceilings, the morning light floods the wooden floored room and create a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. There are block wood steps leading down to the kitchen and breakfast room with a door out onto the main marble patio. There is under-floor heating in the kitchen/breakfast room to ensure that comfort is kept to a maximum even on cooler evenings and air-conditioning is provided to cool down those hot summer nights. This is a stylish house that offers more than you would expect with amazing views to the Ithaca and the Ionian. Only 3km to the chic town of Fiscardo and 2km to the nearest beach.
