Villa Theia has an open plan ground floor with a traditional fireplace, large opening windows to make the most of the view & a high vaulted traditional ceiling for a bright open,spacious feel. The villa has been furnished to create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The living area has 2 comfortable sofas, an LCD T.V/DVD with a selection of DVDs. Also available are books, board games, Playstation 2 & a CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with modern integrated appliances, microwave with grill, a coffee machine with timer - wake up to fresh coffee & a juicer. Upstairs the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes & its own private, furnished balcony with sea view. The bathroom, next door is modern with a full size bath. The two twin bedded rooms are downstairs, both have fitted wardrobes & one has a sea view. The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning units which can also provide heat for winter use. The full length verandah is furnished for outdoor dining & lazy chairs for relaxation. A couple of steps lead down to the very inviting 10M x 5M swimming pool. There is plenty of terrace space for the sunloungers, parasol & an additional table & chairs for you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. There is also a traditional Corfiot BBQ for al fresco dining.
