This 145 square meter villa has been just completely renovated. It is consisted of 3 bedrooms (1 master), 2 washrooms and a lounge area with a fire place with magnificent views. There is also a large kitchen area including all the necessary utensils. A large balcony overlooking the stunning views of Paleokastritsa can easily accommodate the daily dinners and cocktails of the villa.
The gated plot (1,000 square meters) also provides free outdoor parking space and close captioned tv (CCTV) for maximum monitoring and protection.
