Our three luxurious stone built villas are located on the beautiful island of Crete 11km west of Chania Town nestled in the hills above Pano Stalos, surrounded by olive trees and with stunning panoramic mountain and sea views.
The Kydonia Countryside Villas were built in 1999 to an impressively high standard, each one offering 140 sq. meters of living space. Each villa has 3 bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities, a family bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a large sitting area with a fire place. Each villa has its own private swimming pool that incorporates a children's pool and a large patio area.
The small village of Pano Stalos is located 2km away. There you will find three tavernas offering traditional Cretan food, a small kafenion and a mini market. Katos Stalos is located by the sea 3.5km from the villas and has restaurants, coffee bars and some water sports stretched along its long golden sandy beach.
Other facilities include a swimming pool.
The local airport of Chania is located about 25 km from our villas.
If you decide to have a winter or summer holiday in our Kydonia Countryside Villas we will welcome you and endeavour to make sure that your every need is satisfied.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
