Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.

I was actually impressed by the quality and fantastic facilities, with full of amenities and little pleasant surprises from Mariza, the owner.
Far from the hustle and bustle of down town, with a lot of free parking place for our car, and just 5 minutes by bus from the metro station.
Safe area.
Market, restaurants and everything you may need, just one step away, and unforgetable "souvlaki" just accross the street.
The beds are extremely comfortable of a big size & furniture was modern, elegant & amazingly functional.
Very high ceilings are another feature which I enjoyed.
Nice big towels, good robes, travel guides, library of CDs & DVDs and an excellent welcome packet full of domestic fruits and drinks and and homemade specialities.
Arriving there for 2nd time, with my 2 partners, I refered we would prefer wi-fi for our 3 laptops and Mariza fixed it in a couple of hours, without extra charge.
Nothing less than described in the site and mainly no bad surprises.
I wouldn't say just value for money, but value for cents....I firmly reccomend it for those who want to feel greek hospitality.
