Situated in the coastal zone of Athens, 500 meters from the seaside, in a calm residential area, yet close to public transports. 5min walk to tramway lines leading to Athens historical center. The apartment is fully renovated and fully equipped. It is located in the ground floor of a private house and has its own terrace and garden. Linen and towels provided.
