There is a double bed in back room and side tables(1)
and in the front sitting room (2) two seater sofa which can be open as double bed.
Can sleep maximum 4 people.

There are a small kitchen (cooker, microwave, electrical kettle etc)
and the bathroom which are accessed from the good size entrance hall.

All the furniture, linen and kitchen equipment are brand new.
In the sitting room(2) there is wall mounted air condition system,
21" TV as well as a coffee table.

Bedroom (2.45mx3.40m) is having window/door leading to the small balcony
and sitting room (3.05mx3.40m) double door to closed terrace (4.60mx1.80m)
with double door to small balcony.
