Athens Central Penthouse is a spacious central apartment, situated on the 4th floor of a 5-floor building, just 150 meters from the Syngrou-Fix metro and tram station. It offers a 36 sqrms Veranta, where you can either enjoy your coffee under its big sunshade or just relax under the sun. It is fully furnished, air-conditioned and appropriate for self-catering accommodation, located in a quiet neighbourhood just a few steps from the center of Athens . Shopping areas and night life as well as the archeological sites and other cultural areas are within walking distance or accessible through the Metro, which drives by close to the Apartment.
Within walking distance, also you can reach the historic, cultural and commercial center of Athens (Acropolis, Plaka, Thissio, Monastiraki flea market, Kolonaki, Ermou str., Syntagma square, Greek parlament, Ancient Agora, Marble Stadium, Athens National Gardens, Theatre of the Herodeon). Also easy and quick access using the tram lines to Glyfada and Alimos beaches, Peace and Friendship stadium together with the coastal Olympic facilities and stadiums , which are situated along Posidonos ave. The living room can accommodate four more people in 2 double sofa-beds. It also includes a coffee table, a TV set, DVD player, where you can relax and enjoy a good film from our DVD collection!

All rooms have their own access to the balcony.

The kitchen includes all major electrical appliances (stove 4 places-oven 2 places, big refrigarator, coffee meker).
Additionally, all necessary kithcen utensils are provided.

Additionally, major housing equipment, such as electrical iron and board, hair dryer and vaccum cleaner, detergents together with blankets, pillows, towels and linens are provided.

Finally, in order for our guests to avoid roaming costs, we can provide them, upon request and free of charge, with a mobile phone using Greek SIM card!
