Acropolis Panorama apartment is centrally located in the heart of Athens - with easy access to the metro, bus and tram lines offering a variety of transport options. The historical Athens center, including the Athenian Acropolis site and the new Acropolis Museum, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Hadrian's Arch, the Panathenaic Stadium, the traditional area of Plaka, shopping, restaurants and nightlife hotspots are within a short walking distance. The building's entrance is located right across a park with a jogging path and a children's playground, in a quiet, non conjested residential area. At the back of the building is another park with a basketball court. A store belonging to one of the leading Greek supermarket chains is located right around the corner, which is very convenient for everyday shopping.

Acropolis Panorama is a 50 square meter stylish, clean and cozy apartment that has been completely renovated in 2010, on the third floor of a four storey building with elevator, which offers a balcony with a view of the Athenian Acropolis. It can accommodate up to 5 guests, with one bedroom (with a king size double bed) and a living area which can be converted to a second sleeping room with a comfortable full double sofa bed, as well as a dining area which has an additional convertible single bed. The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival with fresh linen and towels included. During check in, the function of all in-house facilities and appliances will be explained. Welcome refreshment pack (coffee, tea and a mineral water) will be placed on each arrival.

It has nearly been a year since our Europe trip which had us in Athens for only several days. We found this apartment on the internet (based in China) and the booking was very smooth and the response from Argonaut Travel very prompt and efficient. The location was good, the price excellent, and the apartment compact but still suitable for a family of 4. We could walk to the major sites, had a view of the Acropolis from our balcony, and the light rail was close by. One thing which stands out from our trip was the warm Greek welcome from Marios (from Argonaut Travel). We collapsed into bed as soon as we arrived (a late flight) and Marios arrived the next morning with a traditional (and oh so delicious!!) Greek pastry for us to enjoy for breakfast! He also delivered spare linens/pillows. (not needed as the apartment was well equipped but the thought was apreciated) We would stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to return to Greece.
