Good taste furnished, 3-rooms-Apartment in Munich downtown with Elevator. A bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm), and one bedroom (single beds ), a small hall, bathroom, living/dining-room and a full equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete equipped, inclusive Microwave and washing machine.

Both the Stachus and Marienplatz (U/S courses) are by the central situation in approx. 3 walking minutes attainable. Ironing board and - iron are present. Sat TV.

Supermarkets, Restaurante, Kaffes, Oktoberfest and purchase possibilities are in direct neighbourhood. All u and rapid-transit railways are attainable in approx. 3 min footpath.
