In the middle of the city close to the pedestrian zone in Munich / city, in good taste furnished, approx. 70 m2 large 2-rooms-Appartment in the 2. Floor (with elevator). The Apart has a bedroom (double bed 180x200 cm), small hall, bath, a living/dining-room (Sleep Sofa) and a Full equiped kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen is complete equipped. Microwave and washing machine and dischwascher are provided. Both the Stachus and Marienplatz (U/S courses) are by the central situation in approx. 3 going minutes attainable. For possible 4 persons the sofa in the living room can be re-designed to the bed (couch surface 140x200 cm). Ironing board, iron, towels and bedlines are prorvided. Cable and sat TV (Arabic, Frensh, Italien, ..). Supermarkets, Restaurante, Kaffes and purchase possibilities are in direct neighbourhood.
