Completely new restored, with new technical installation, furniture and a full equipment you need for living the Unicorn house has 5 Apartment in the very heard of Lubeck old City Center. But Pictures do say more than words.....

Welcome in the Unesco listed city Lubeck. The surrounding area of the house is located in an absolutely very central area only 10 metres away from the river Untertrave you will have the possibility to have a rest from the stressful everyday life, the historical main attraction Holstentor is not far at all and it won’t be a problem to reach the railway station or the congress hall.
If you are interested in the Baltic Sea and the traditional seaside resort Travemunde, it will be reachable by ship, bus, train or by car (18km).

Location & area

Lubeck, the old capital of the Hanse is today a city with about 210.000 inhabitants. Famous for sure is the Marzipan, which is produced and sold here freshly the best you get in the world. But carefully wait for my special tips where to buy. The old city center itself is UNESCO listed and the houses are almost all renovated. Surrounded from water (River Trave and a channel) there was no place left for new building. So you entering a town which kept the charm of centuries ago. Nearby the city you find a lot of holiday resort which are located at the Baltic Sea with wonderful beaches. Miles and miles of sand beaches which you can walk in wintertime sometimes without meeting anybody. In summer there is holiday life allover.
