But it is nevertheless situated centrally with ideal traffic connection. The southpark (70 hectares) is just a 7 minute`s walk away; high-speed railroad station 3 minutes to walk. The old town, the centre, "Medienhafen", fairground, Philipshalle, Koenigssallee Capitol (musical theatre), airport, fashion houses are within easy and quick reach of the apartment, because public conveyances are near by.Cities like Cologne, Essen, Duisburg, Krefeld are reached quickly, because the main railway station is just a 10 minutes walk away. Several shops such as a bakery/coffee house, supermarket, kiosk, cleanery, laundry, pharmacy, hair dressers, restaurants, even a doctor are just a few minute`s walk away.A very good bakery (coffee house) is opposite the apartment, opened from 7 a.m.-18.30 p.m.. Here you may have your breakfast.There are higher prices during the different fairs.
