Overview

The apartment lies in quiet garden surrounding. It takes only few minutes to get to the river Elbe (between bridge "Blaues Wunder" an the castle of Pillnitz) on foot or by bicycle and 19 min to the center of Dresden by tram. The apartment is spacious for up to 4 persons but 6 persons are possible.

Living-room/kitchen (32 m²): cabel-tv, radio/ cd/ taperecorder, couch, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee-machine, toaster,

Sleeping-room (17 m²): large double-bed, desk, bath room and toilet seperate.

Inclusive are children´s high chair, bedlinen changed 1 x / week, dishclothes and towels changed 2 x / week, floor heating, bicycle storage,

for a fee: baby bed (20 EUR), rent of bicycles, washing-service, Baby sitting on inquiry. Pets are not allowed, smoking only on the balcony.

In the neighbourhood (200-700 m) there are some restaurants, bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, supermarkets, bank, drugstore and hairdresser, bicycle-workshop 1 km.

by train: from railway station Dresden-Neustadt by tram line 6 (direction: Niedersedlitz) to station "Schlomilchstrasse" 23 min + 3 min by foot, from railway station Dresden-Hauptbahnhof by tram line 10 (direction: Striesen) to station "Ludwig-Hartmann-Strasse", there you have to change to tram line 4 (direction: Laubegast) or 6 (direction: Niedersedlitz), 28 min + 3 min by foot
by plane: from airport Dresden-Klotzsche 15 km (taxi about 22 - 45 min)
