Overview
The beautiful apartment is located on the second floor in a typical Berlin-style building from the turn of the 19th century.
You can expect all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The studio has a total of 38 sqm, a living/bedroom, a bathroom and a separate kitchen.
You will sleep in a spacious double-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee-making facilities, toaster, plates, cutlery and pots and pans.
For rainy days we have a flatscreen TV, a radio and some books at your free disposal.
For sunny days you can rent our bicylces to explore the area.
Several of Berlin´s most famous sights are within easy reach. Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, the shopping street Friedrichstraße, the famous museums and the Hackeschen Höfe are all just a 10-20 minutes ride away.
Within walking distance you will find several flea markets, the many trendy cafes and restaurants on Kastanienallee, the Kulturbrauerei with ist many events and of course the Mauerpark with the remains of the Berlin Wall.
Several tram and subway stations all within walking distance connect you to the rest of Berlin at any time of the day or night.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. - Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
