Modern light and airy villa with residents only pool in quiet residence situated 7 minutes walk from the beach in Valras-Plage. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (one king-size, one twin/double). Fully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, combination oven/microwave, BBQ, music system, DVD, French & satellite TV.

The villa makes an ideal base for relaxing, sampling local food and wine, exploring the old French towns and countryside of the Herault and Aude regions or enjoying the many local activities such as sailing or go-karting for the energetic or relaxing walks by the Canal du Midi.

The resort itself has a 4 Km sandy beach, a harbour area, twice weekly market, many fine restaurants, bars and even a Casino.

Within easy striking distance of Valras-Plage you'll find the Haut Languedoc National Park, many vineyards of the Languedoc-Rousillon, the African Reserve at Sigean, a multitude of Cathar castles (including Carcassonne) and many fine beaches and sea-side resorts.
