Located on Place du Capitole (Capitole Square), right in the middle of the Pink City, close to all the monuments and the cultural sites, this furnished apartment is ideally situated and will affer you a panoramic view on the famous place. The courtyard side design is very characteristic of the 19th century in Toulouse. The 70 m2 apartment itself benefits from a very personal touch, with clean lines and contemporary interior decoration and can accomadate up to 4 persons. This apartment has an open floor plan including the living space and a fully equipped kitchen area with a large bar. The living area benefits from a breathtaking view of the Place du Capitole.
The Bedroom and the living area are divided by a glass wall with blinds that are used to obtain the required amount of darkness and privacy. Part of this big room has been transformed into an office, separated from the rest of the bedroom by a wardrobe.
The bathroom, with an italian theme, has fabulous stucco veneziano decorations on the walls, and includes a large shower and toilets.
