Overview

Enjoying a quiet elevated position on the foothills of the breathtaking L'Esterel mountains, with magnificent views overlooking the bay of Miramar. The apartment is a fantastic base to explore the beauty of the Cote D'azur and the perfumed gardens of Provence, the wonderful beaches and restaurants of Theoule. Cannes 15 mins away, Monte Carlo 45 mins away, Italy 1 hour, the French Alps (90 mins away) or maybe visit St Tropez 45 mins Then in the evenings have a barbecue and chill out in the private patio/garden or by the pool with a bottle of wine (or two) and watch the ever changing colours of the sea, the mountains and the sky as the evening sun fades. If you like walking and hiking or mountain biking, then right behind the apartment are a network of mountain trails, through the Esterel Mountains. The surrounding area offers outdoor enthusiasts the best in walking, hiking, horse riding and mountain bike riding. There are 2 new mountain bikes for your use in the garage.
