Overview

Le Pont D'Albart lies 30 minutes south of Cherbourg on the Cotentin Peninsula,Normandy, France. in line with the Channel Islands. It is situated in 25 acres of peaceful countryside yet only 10 minutes from the market towns of Bricquebec and St Sauveur le Vicomte.The nearest beaches, which are golden sand are uncrowded and found at Barneville-Carteret (20 minutes). The recently renovated farmhouse has three bedrooms and three bathrooms for your comfort.
Ground floor; A Large beamed living room with original features.It has comfortable seating for 6+ people and original fireplace with wood burning insert.
It has Television, DVD player and satellite TV (English/German/French Channels).
The fully fitted kitchen dining area is modern and at the same time rustic with a cosy wooden corner bench and sits 6 people. Microwave , large gas cooker, coffee machine , toaster and kettle.
Ground floor twin bedroom with built in wardrobe. Adjacent is a downstairs washroom with washing machine ,washbasin and WC.

1st floor; Bedroom 2 with large double bed , built in wardrobe, decorative fireplace and sidetables. It has an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, WC and bath with handshower.
Bedroom 3 is a large family room with double bed and adjoining bathroom.The private pation garden area has its own built in bbq and garden furniture.
All our accommodation benefits from double glazing, good insulation and central heating. The complex offers river and lake fishing, outside play area for children , indoor play room , outdoor heated swimming pool and fishing river/ lake with use of free rowing boat. Local sightseeing - Landing beaches, Mont St Michel ,Chateaux,Zoos, Market towns,Gatronomie Many leisure opportunities (horse riding,tennis,golf,fishing, cycling,hiking,swimming) as well as adventure sports available (surfing,sailing,sandyachting,climbing,mountainbiking and more)
