In Lettrée, you will find a a stunning and spacious 250-year-old hideaway farmhouse less than an hour from Paris, at the very gates of the Champagne region. The two-storey building is a newly-restored briarde farmhouse, combining character and comfort with a unique atmosphere.
On the ground floor, a large comfortable lounge with fireplace, a large fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, stairs up to the bedrooms, a reading room and a library offering uninterrupted views of the fields around the house. Upstairs are the master bedroom with mezzanine and en-suite bathroom (bath, wc), and the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, wc). Central heating and the grand fireplace make the house ideal all-year round.
