Maison de la Famille specialise in providing gite holidays in traditional french cottages in the beautiful Dordogne countryside. Stable Cottage is our largest gite and provides luxurious accommodation for up to nine guests in two-storied comfort.

Situated in the highly picturesque north Dordogne, Maison de la Famille is located in a peaceful and pretty village within the bounds of the protected Parc Natural de Perigrod/Limousin in the foothills of the Massif Central.

Stable Cottage is our largest gite and provides accommodation for up to nine guests in two-storied comfort.



With two double bedrooms, and two rooms equipped with two and three single beds respectively, this cottage provides an ideal base for the larger family or a group of friends holidaying together



The ground floor has a large lounge with attractive beamed ceilings and stone walls, with patio doors to the garden



Adjoining the lounge is the first of four bedrooms, furnished with a double bed



The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer



Stable Cottage has it's own French terrestrial television & a DVD player. A selection of books, games & CD's & DVD's are avaialble for guest use.



It has a private area with sun loungers and we supply barbecues with all necessary tools and fuel :- all you supply is the food!



Cot's are available should they be required: please let us know in advance.



The gite is equipped with comfortable full-size double-beds as well as modern single beds.



The cottage has direct access onto the garden and the swimming pool area, where there is plentiful garden furniture.



There is also a covered games area with table tennis, snooker and table football.
