Overview

Ideally located in a family orientated seaside resort. There is something for everyone in Saint Palais. A fabulous golf course just up the road with riding stables in the forest. Several beaches close by, all of which have their own character.
The house is ideal for families. A big children's bedroom where family or friends can sleep in the same room but still have lots of space. Two separate rooms with double beds for the parents or grand parents.The house remains cool in the summer and is very bright and welcoming.
Downstairs a kitchen with a big table and outside a lovely wooden terrace for eating outside.
A living room opens out onto the front of the house and a second sitting room which we use as a sort of tv room with a television set but no tv channels. We have a video recorder with lots of videos for the kids to watch (Walt Disney etc.)and if you want to bring along your playstation or Wi you have the TV set there.
A front garden with a swimming pool (7 x3.5m) and the back doors lead out onto the terrace and back garden.
