Only 3 miles from Royan, in the quaint town of Saint-Palais, house immediately on seafront for rent, entirely renovated in 2007, with modern comfort (American-style kitchen and bathrooms).
The house includes 6 rooms (12 beds), two with balconies overlooking the ocean, a separate office with free internet (wireless), 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets, a living room, a dining room and a large garden with a rotunda.
Only 300 feet from the beach, with nearby bicycle paths.
Ideal place to read and write in peace, with only the sound of the ocean. Only one and a half hour drive to Bordeaux; an hour to La Rochelle.
