Recently renovated to a very high standard, the house retains many of its original features; oak beams, vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework.



The most stunning feature of the property and perhaps the most important for summer holiday-makers is the pool and surrounding gardens which spread around the property on different levels.



The pool is 11m x 5m with Roman steps at one end and is solar-heated.



There are many hidden corners within the grounds with plenty of natural shade from numerous mature trees, so you will be spoilt for choice in finding a quiet, interesting hideaway.



For the more energetic, the adjoining countryside is ideal to explore.

The property is approximately a day's drive from the Channel Ports and just over an hour from Toulouse Airport. Rodez airport is on average 1 hour 15 mins and Carcassone 2 hours to most of the properties.



The property is just a short drive from Medieval towns of St.antonin, Corde sur Ciel and Albi all steeped in history whilst still enjoying a quiet sophistication, together with friendly local people who have a warmth to match their lovely countryside. The area is unspoilt by the over-crowding of tourists experienced nowadays in many parts of France.
