Le Friche
Is a beautifully restored old farm house, which boasts many of the original features including oak beams and stone work, with two large twin bedrooms, one on the ground floor with access to private garden, and one double bedroom.
All bedrooms have sofa's, and en-suite shower rooms.
Downstairs there is a superb fully fitted well equipped kitchen with all modern equiptment, large lounge/dining room 40m² with wood burning stove, satelite TV, DVD and VCR players plus HiFi, large entrance hall with WC and stircase with mezzanine landing area.
The private gravelled garden with covered patio has a barbeque and garden furnature.
The swimming pool is located 50M away from Le Friche set within an enclosed patio area with sunbeds and a covered seating area.

Le Friche is located in a small hamlet, just outside the village of parçay les Pins. Parçay is situated 35kms north of Saumur, and is equi-distant between the historic towns of Angers in the west and Tours in the East, and the many magnificent chateaux of the Loire and vienne. Le Friche is within easy reach of some of the well known vinyards of the Loire, with a superb selection of many delicious wines.


We are about 50 minutes from the airports of Tours and Angers. Trains depart from Saumur, or Tours where TGV links to Paris will have you in the capital city in around 1 hour. We are about 30 minutes from the Autoroute.

The lounge/dining room has an oak beamed ceiling, pointed stone wall and a fireplace with wood burning stove. It has a three seater, a two seater, and two arm chairs with foot rests, large coffee table. There is also a pine dining table and chairs, and large pine Welsh Dresser.


The entrance hall has a large open aspect, with stairs tothe upper floor. There is a toilet and wash basin, service cupboard, and under stairs cupboard with a second washing machine and tumble dryer.


The ground floor twin bedroom has a two seater sofa, twin single beds and bedside tables, pine chest of drawers and wardrobe and a free standing long pine mirror. there is also an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. This room has access via double patio doors to the private garden area.


On the upper floor there is the second twin bedroom, with double sofa, coffee table, and pine rocking chair, chest of drawers. Two single beds with bedside tables. this room has an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.
