With 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen,a large lounge (TNT satellite TV,DVD, Hifi, internet ADSL access-wifi,telephone etc),this spacious self-catering villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is suitable for the elderly (main rooms downstairs).Its intimate patio with its pergola, garden furniture and Barbecue enable you to dine al fresco, while the young and young at heart can enjoy a game of table football or table tennis. The sun-drenched pool area is near at hand, sheltered by a thick hedge, fenced and secured by a gate. You'll love the pool: the shelter-which can be lifted-keeps the water nice, clean and warm (75 to 85°F)! Take a walk in our big garden, children will enjoy a game of cricket, badminton or ...hide and seek.Ygolf and football gates are for you, too! Children welcome! Pets considered. Non smoking in the villa.Situated in a sunny region, in a lively town(a good restaurant is 5'walk and close to shops), an ideal spot for family or friend holidays, fairly near the sea and tourist attractions but set in peaceful surroundings.

Saujon is ideally situated, close to Royan (12km) and the Atlantic Coast, near Saintes (25 km) and not far from Bordeaux and its famous vineyards(150km). The town has 2 large supermarkets, 2 discount stores, lots of shops, a lively market, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. A good restaurant is 5 minutes'walk from the villa.Saujon, Royan and its region have a lot to offer: Romanesque churches contrasting with Royan's architecture of the fifties', beautiful sandy beaches, a wide range of sports, -not to mention the remarkable 18 hole golf course, situated in the pine forest-,a wonderful zoo in La Palmyre, lovely landscapes dominated by sunflower fields and vineyards, pine forests near the Cote Sauvage , bustling resorts or typical villages, and . its wonderful summer weather, as it is the second sunniest region in France.
