This very spacious, traditional detached, stone family holiday home is situated on the edge of a small and peaceful hamlet with its own large terrace, private swimming pool and tennis court. The spacious house is full of character with many original features such as exposed stones, beams and magnificent fireplace. This is a truly quiet and picturesque area yet is within a very short drive of the attractive village of Salignac-Eyvigues with its colourful markets, quaint streets, shops and château. Small picturesque country roads wind their way to the famous gardens at Manoir d'Eyrignac and on to the medieval market town of Sarlat with its famous twice-weekly market and beautiful buildings of golden stone. The River Dordogne is within easy driving distance and offers opportunities for canoeing and other water sports. Beautiful châteaux tower above the river and boat trips provide a relaxed way to explore this truly unique landscape.
