Overview

2 bedroom holiday villa set in vineyards on the outskirts of Sainte Maxime, this property is in a super location, just five minutes from the beach and town, with its water taxi service across the bay to St. Tropez. This is a small detached villa standing next to the owners' house on their wine-growing domaine. The pool is to one side of the property with views across the vineyards, and is for the exclusive use of our guests. The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and French windows to the terrace, whilst a steep open sided staircase from the sitting area leads up to the spacious first floor bedroom. The interior is compact and tastefully furnished, but adequate for holiday living.



Ground floor: Living/dining room with small American-style kitchen. Small shower room/WC. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC with shower attachment. First floor: Double bedroom (beds pushed together) with low headroom.
