Situated in Sainte Colombe sur l'Hers, you can find our warm and friendly B&B waiting to help you unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday modern life.



Sainte Colombe sur l'Hers is a small quiet village near Puivert and Chalabre. Located within the village is a bar/restaurant, local shop, hairdressers and public park.



Whether you're looking for an active vacation or just somewhere to retreat to and take in the beautiful countryside, we will make sure you have a time to remember.



We are ideally placed for both summer and winter vacations. The 600-hectare lake at Montbel us just a 4-minute drive away and the popular towns of Mirepoix and Limoux, famous for it's Blanquette are within a 30-minute drive as is skiing at Mount d'Olmes. Of course there is always Andorra for your duty free shopping!



The area is rich in castles, lakes, caves and remote woodland. Activities in the area include rambling, mountain biking, sailing, white water rafting, birdwatching, swimming and windsurfing.

All of our rooms are furnished to a high standard and have tea and coffee making facilities. An iron is available on request. Rooms are cleaned every day and linen/towels changed every 3rd day.



Please take advantage of our comfortable living room. Settle yourself on the cosy couches and take advantage of our wide screen TV & DVD collection…that is of course unless you're not outside enjoying the local restaurant & bar!

The kitchen in Le Troubadour is open to all guests outside of meal times for those all important late night snacks! Just outside there is a sunny walled courtyard where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or join us for an evening BBQ with wine!

There is washing and drying facilitites for a nominal charge.

Added Extras

We have a range of ‘added extras’ that you can take advantage of for a small charge:

3 course dinner with wine – 22 euros/adult 11 euros/child (up to age 10)

Packed Lunch (consists of a sandwich/quiche, a drink of your choice and some fruit) – 10 euros/head (children 5 euros/head)

Picnic Hamper (a feast of a hamper with a lovely cold picnic meal – can arrange an alternative for vegetarians – as well as a bottle of wine. Great for taking out for the day.

We also have a TV/DVD combi system that we let you use for a small charge. Always good if you want the kids to stay in bed whilst you carry on downstairs.

Airport collection & drop off is available for a reasonable fee. Pre booking is essential.
