Overview
A bright, sunny, delightful home on the outskirts of the village of St Remy de Provence, perhaps the nicest Provence village to use as a base due to its charming variety of boutiques and restaurants.
Le Canari is in a great location -- a couple of blocks to the heart of the village (no car needed!), but with quiet and privacy. The property consists of a large terrace, a huge yard, an oversized pool and a pool house. Your private hideaway smack dab on the edge of Provence's best village. The house has three bedrooms, two baths, a well-equipped kitchen, a charming dining room, and a living room that's stylish and comfortable.
It's a short, easy walk to the village, where you'll find a weekly market day with an incredible variety of foods, crafts, antiques. It's also an easy stroll for morning coffee and croissants or an evening film (once a week in English!) and dinner. Despite Le Canari's wonderful access to town, the house is sequestered, private and quiet, with lots of windows bringing in the sunshine and affording pretty views.
The decor is stylish and all utilities are new, including dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, satellite TV, CD / DVD, Wi-Fi, etc.
Le Canari is one of the most popular Provence rentals and it books year round (it's heated and well-insulated for winter holidays). Book now for your very memorable holiday at this beloved Provencal villa!

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
