I rent a double room including TV, radio, DVD player near Paris (10 minutes) in a house with a big garden. The room has its own entry. The common transports : bus or metro, RER are 5 minutes walking from my home and take you directly to the heart of Paris (Chatelet, Opera, Charles de Gaulle, La Defense...) in 15 minutes.
The price in euros including breakfast is 39/a night/1 person, 59/a night/2 persons
House Description and Surroundings : Bright bedroom with a view on a big garden, double bed with a new bedding, TV with cable, DVD, radio and CD player, individual cupboards. Classic style Louis XV, Louis XVI furnished, cosy, luxuous and comfortable house of 130 m2 with a 250 m2 garden at your disposal. There are parkings, a terrace, a balcony, a veranda, garden table and chairs, deck chairs, a barbecue and a bike.
Calm and residential district . Trades, park, restaurants and cinema are 10 minutes away by foot. The "Bords de Marne" and swimming pool are 10 minutes away.
Tourist Places in the neighbourhoods: Paris 15 min. away (Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Saint-Michel, Sacre Coeur, Arc de Triomphe, Tour Eiffel...), Vincennes (Castle, hyppodrome and wood) 10 min., Eurodisney in Marne la Vallee 35 min., Versailles 35 min., "Guinguettes" of Joinville 5 min., Big market in Montreuil 15 min..
Paris' Stations and Airports :
