A superb location for this private mobile home in the heart of the countryside. As you are not on a mobile home park you can selfishly have the excellent countryside views all to yourself. Close to Ronsenac and Villebois Lavalette, which has its own medieval castle and church, supermarket and all amenities. Excellent value, the holiday home is located up on the hill from the main house and pool, with incredible views down a valley of fields with woods, and small lake in front of you. A brightly decorated 2 bedroomed mobile home with sofa bed in the living room, sleeps max of 5. In the kitchen there is fridge, cooker, microwave, oven and water heater. The LOUNGE has lots of seating, table, gas fire and storage area as well as TV and DVD. WIFI available. Bathroom: shower unit, sink, toilet. Terrace: All patio and garden furniture provided, with barbecue for al fresco dining. During the rentals of May,June and September, you are welcome to use the owners pool from 2 pm to 6 pm. Close to the Dordogne/Charente borders you are in an excellent area for sightseeing, water sports, learning about the local history and sampling the gastronomic food that the area is famous for. Table tennis, badmington, bikes available.

As this is a mobile home, the rooms are compact but there are wardrobes in each bedroom and additional storage spaces in the living room and under the sofas. All linen is provided for the holiday, including towels, and kitchen towels, however do bring your own beach towels. Fans available. The gardens have been landscaped around the home and you can enjoy nature at its best. An electric water heater was installed winter 2008/9 so no juggling with a gas water shower!

Washing machine: The washing machine in the main house is available for use at a nominal sum (2 euro per load incl. powder).

Freezer: If necessary it may be arranged to keep some food in our freezer in the house.
