Overview

Kerlois Gite is set in the beautiful Breton country side near the town of Pontivy(Napoleonville) with excellent facilities for children.
The ground floor consists of Large Lounge and Dining room with 3ft thick walls and original beams, it is comfortably furnished with settees and chairs including bed sofa beds, dining furniture and a large Wood burning stove.To the rear of the Lounge is the large farmhouse style kitchen with range oven together with dish washer and washing machine, plus a full range of utensils.
Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with en suite facilities with ample room for a cot or child's bed. There is also a further bathroom with separate toilet.

On the first floor are 4 further bedrooms sleeping up to 8 also a further shower room with wash basin and toilet.

To the rear and side of the property is a large private garden with mature Oak trees providing ample shade and with views across the lovely countryside and some beautiful sunsets in the evenings. A BBQ and garden furniture are also provided.

At the front of the property is the Courtyard and grounds with landscaped lawns, swings and a slide plus a 24ft. solar heated above ground swimming pool for child safety plus a children's paddling pool. The whole is situated in a secluded position away from roads and is entirely safe for young children

Kerlois Gite with its own private garden is set in a rural position in the heart of Brittany, just above the famous River Blavet Valley providing magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and with the Nantes to Brest canal just a kilometre away. The village of St Gerand is just a 10 minute walk away with its local shops and bar and the historic town of Pontivy is just 10 minutes in the car with its beautiful old lanes and shops, some lovely restaurants and of course its stunning Chateau des Rohan.
