Overview

Located in the heart of the Poitou Charentes our recently converted 19th century barn offers spacious accommodation over two floors. It has been designed by an architect to provide flexible accommodation suitable for families or friends and has maintained many of its original features including exposed stone walls and oak beams. We are located in a small hamlet close to the tranquil town of Lezay which offers a large weekly market, good restaurants, supermarket, large outdoor swimming pool, park with play area and fishing lake. Set in the heart of the Poitou Charentes its an ideal base to explore this beautiful region of France.

We are located in a small hamlet close to the tranquil town of lezay which offers a large weekly market. We are situated between Niort and Poitiers in the heart of the Poitou Charente, an ideal base to explore this beautiful egion of France.

The large kitchen/dinning room is modern and spacious with french doors opening on to the terrace. It is well equipped with washing machine ,dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and microwave.

The spacious lounge has a woodburner and french doors which lead on to the terrace. There is a television with english satellite, video,dvd and hifi.

The gite has a large terrace with table and chairs parasol and barbeque. The above ground swimming pool is for your private use. It is 9.5m x 4.7m , solar heated and has a security gate for added safety.
The garden has a lawn for the children to play and is enclosed. We have a table tennis table and badmington and boules sets can be provided.
