Overview

Our self catering gite is built into a newly renovated barn which was part of the original adjoining 17th century farmhouse.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double bed and one with twin single beds, and a pine-wood mezzanine with a further two single beds. The large, bright living space, with dining area and comfortable lounge seating is tiled throughout and opens, through large sliding glass doors, onto the gite's own south facing patio area with table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, kettle & toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer. The shower room has toilet and washbasin. Little extras include a television (french reception)a DVD and video player, fans, a CD/tape/radio player and hairdryer. Cot and high-chair available at no extra charge. In the garden, close to the pool are sun-loungers.
Other facilities include use of a washing machine and drying lines, barbecue, plus safe parking within the grounds. The gite is well insulated and double glazed to help it keep cool in summer.
Shared with the s/c apartment Les Muriers, is the large fully enclosed garden and swimming pool. Relax, soaking up the sun or unwind with a book in the cool shade of the trees. Play boules, or kick a ball around on the grass and dip into the 10m x 5m above ground pool to cool off.
Short Breaks and flexible arrival days available out of High Season. Long term lets possible.
Pezenas, in the heart of the department Herault makes a perfect base for house-hunting or holidaying and discovering all that the beautiful Languedoc/Roussillon region has to offer.The closest Mediterranean beaches are only 25km away and the rolling countryside is dotted with many little villages steeped in history and character, and easily accessible with only a short drive, and a gentle stroll. On a grander scale, beautiful and lively Montpellier is only 45 minutes drive away.

25 minutes drive from Mediterranean Beaches and coastal amusement parks. Woodland adventure park 15 minutes. Very close proximity for a multitude of walking trails, for all abilities. 30 minutes to river canoeing. Nearest golf course, 20 minutes. Excellent shopping and a wealth of culture in Montpellier 40 minutes.
